According to him, God would pull the country through peacefully and successfully as it prepares for the forthcoming general elections in 2015.
In a press statement signed on his behalf by the Church’s Secretary, Pastor Jerry Asemota, which formally announced the National 2014 December Retreat and monthly revival programmes with the themes: ‘Lifted Up to Higher Ground’ and ‘Enrichment Through God’s Visitation,’ Kumuyi said God has a plan for this country.
He therefore urged Nigerians to have no fear about the coming year and the turbulence that accompanies elections.
