What is Ash Wednesday? This is the beginning of Lent a Fasting period when Christians retrace their steps to their source and also remember that from dust they came and dust they shall return. Its a 40 days fasting period that heralds Easter Celebration which is the Death and Resurrection of Jesus the CHRIST. The last three days of the fasting is called Good friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday.
